My husband and I did the same thing – we had our own small guild with some IRL friends, but made the switch to a guild that sounds exactly like yours – casual, family friendly, alt friendly, still downing 6/7 every week. :) It’s made me enjoy the game much more, and I LOVE being a part of a main group that’s consistent. In WOTLK I was part of a guild that was way more uptight and progressed much faster than I was able to keep up with and I hated it. Now I’m much happier and have never been so geared. :)

The best move I made was coming to this server and ultimately joining Crits. Yes there are still people in the other guild that I truly miss playing with, but I was never pushed to improve nearly as much as with you guys, and it’s made the game so much more fun.

Better than playing alone with no goals or incentive to improve. Now I’m motivated to try new things and step up my game as much as I can.
