Heroic Deadmines, the first two times we went, we were executing perfectly on Ripsnarl but were forced to admit we simply weren’t geared enough to kill him- not enough survivability on the tank, not enough mana for the healer, not enough burst on the DPS to kill the vapors.

It amazes me how quickly people have forgotten that these heroics simply are not trivial and gear matters.

It was comprised of people who were clearly very well raid-geared. They probably didn’t need a 3rd DPS at all.

When we got to Erudax, the tank starts throwing out some instructions and assignments. I was last and all he had for me was, “Hunter, don’t suck.”

I was a little tweaked for just a moment, then I shook my head and responded, “too late.”

And he was doing 15k dps against an under geared tank so yeah, he pulled off me sometimes. I wonder sometimes do some hunters never once stop to think, “huh… Bliz gave me those abilities to dump or redirect agro…. I guess they must have designed my class to accidently pull agro a lot… I wonder if maybe it is MY fault when I pull off a tank if I am not using those abilites.”

Nah, that requires thinking.
