Reversion and I are both extremely analytical types – we talked about all this and looked at it from different angles. Comes from being engineers, probably. It’s all about maximizing variables for success, and in raiding that means keeping your people happy. And your guild, too, separate from your raid, or else you find yourself without both.

We are extremely happy to have a chance to do this with Crits. This is the first guild where we’ve had the chance to see what we can do, instead of either having to try to carry a bunch of bad players, or get in a pug with the third alt of elite raiders. It’s awesome.

I think my brother just got all the drops he SHOULD have gotten for the last year that he was not in game, all at once.

I don’t even know where to start here. The thought process behind setting up your own raid … well, all I can really say on that is, if the raid leaders in the other guild I was in had set up their teams with the same considerations for the other raids within the same guild as you did, I would have had no reason to come back to Crits. Sniping other teams’ members for the same nights, and all before the whole shared lockout thing even existed, was all too prevalent and kept a solid regular team from ever coalescing. Having you two come over is one of the best things that’s ever happened to Crits, and I thank you very much for including me.

Now, how much did you pay Blizz to drop tank loot on every single boss? haha. That was too outrageous :p

Ha ha ha, I think it’s cute that you think any of my toons might get in ICC other than the one I bring with you guys. You do know this is the first time I’ve really been raiding since Naxx right?

Just a quick note – not totally sure what raid comp we’re going to go with this weekend, but the lack of cleansing is not so great. Can you keep Elgar un-saved? Well I guess if I just want him in on the LK it’s not actually a concern! Just don’t go having him get Kingslayer without me. We are probably going to have cruelpally as a tank this weekend so even if his Decursive works better he won’t have time to cleanse.
