Murloc Parliament is having a “Bee Pit Bingo” . For my version, I decided on the Golden Rule version – this one, you fill in everything YOU’VE ever done, to see if you deserve a trip to the bee pit.
By my count I can get Bingo about 97 ways.

Murloc Parliament is having a “Bee Pit Bingo” . For my version, I decided on the Golden Rule version – this one, you fill in everything YOU’VE ever done, to see if you deserve a trip to the bee pit.

Let’s see…
Forgot Your Cooldown, Blamed Healer, Didn’t Check Mana, Taunted off Tank, No Weapon Skill, AOE (Whirlwind) One Target, Broke CC, Didn’t Switch Targets, Forgot I had That Spell, Didn’t Heal, and Forgot to Heal Myself. I guess I don’t get for form a full row. Woot!
Though….the best was when I was a tree healer back in Outlands and doing Ramps the tank died and I couldn’t figure out why (I blew all cooldowns, casting furiously!!) but then realized in the combat log that I had myself targeted healing me for millions. 😛 Also, the tank was Repgrind. Ha ha ha! That’s when I became Sibelius the Self-Healed.
Hey now!
Whirlwind was part of the Fury single-target rotation in 3.x. 😛 Nothing wrong with Whirlwinding in single target.
Strangely enough I didn’t get a single BINGO on that card. Plenty of four-in-a-rows though…
Missed my taunt, forgot my cd, pulled too big, blamed my healer
wrong stance, no weapon skill
BEEE, didn’t bring food, broke CC twice
didn’t stay ranged, didn’t switch targets, I forgot I had that spell
blamed it on Grid, distracted by my DPSing, lost to the stairs boss.
Huh, that post got reverted to my old handle for some reason. It’s totally me!
Er… the post that is now hidden, by PD.
Looks like you to me!
Just kidding. I edited it to match your proper handle :). It was in the “must approve first time poster” queueueue.
So my brother is visiting this weekend and has this prot/[fury?/arms?] warrior he wants some advice on, and I don’t know where to point him. Other than your blog what are some good warrior blogs?
Oddly enough the warrior blog that originally taught me to warrior stopped updating about two months before 4.0.1 hit, so unless your brother is at the stage of his knowledge where he finds outdated advice useful rather than bewildering, it won’t do him much good. I shall instead recommend Achtung Panzercow, which focuses pretty much solely on tanking.
Warrior DPS… isn’t something I see blogged on much? I’d speculate that this is because the primary challenge of Fury is resource management, which is kind of hard to blog about; it’s just something you get used to. Arms hasn’t been a PVE spec since before TBC, so most Arms blogs would probably be PVP blogs. (It’s viable right now, but honestly I wouldn’t recommend it – it’s GCD-locked despite not gaining a major rotational ability until level 81, on a class which applies and refreshes most of its raid benefits on the GCD. It performs less well than Fury even in ideal circumstances despite taking more work to maintain the rotation, and loses significantly more DPS than Fury in for example maintaining sunders. Just a frustrating spec to play.)
Anyway, a good place for an overview of the warrior changes and the new priorities in stats and rotations is over at Manaflask. I disagree with some of it but it’s a good place to start. Normally I go to TankSpot on warrior issues because there are many intelligent warriors there, but their DPS threads are still in discussion mode, which I personally find difficult to learn from because I have the attention span of a gnat.
