		<description><![CDATA[You&#039;re so correct about the Aura of Confidence.  If you act like you know what you&#039;re doing, this can go a LONG way in having respect from your party members - or at least letting them know that YOU are the leader, tyvm.  Even if you do have to ask a question or two, you&#039;ll have cemented in their minds that you are The Leader already so it won&#039;t be a big deal.

Plus, faster pulling can make life more interesting for the healer, in a good way - usually if I&#039;m healing on my shaman with an over-geared tank, I spend more time DPSing than healing (earth shield auto-heals ftw).
