Well on my druid I generally manage to do both. In 25-mans I don't bother Rejuving everyone because it's not feasible, by the time I finish, the first people will have lost their HoT, and just throwing Rejuvs for a whole fight... ugh, no. I usually Rejuv+Regrowth the tanks as they run in, Rejuv those likely to take damage, WG WG WG (because I looove it) and try to keep those 2 HoTs on the tanks.

See - opposite problem. I want full stacks of hots on the tanks all the time, at the expense of blanketing the raid with rejuv. This is why I prefer 10man to 25 - because in 10 man I feel like I can keep the raid up *and* help save the tanks, but in 25 I have to stick to my assignment.

I think Healer is a mindset, but you don't realize it until you play one that you are one.

"because I see health bars and start wanting to fix them" - sounds soo familiar. I leveled 2 DPS before I started my first healer, but now I just can't think of playing something that doesn't have at least the possibility to heal. Even my prot paladin can save the day with a LoH...

Also guilty as charged about the other bit - I can't just stick to my targets, especially when it gets boring. That's not a problem on my druid since I'm raid healing 99% of the time, but when I'm a holy pally and start FoLing the whole raid while letting the tank die... ouch.
